Branded/Customised Publications

 Order your own version of ChildSafe. This will allow you to add organisation‐specific information, and co‐brand the front cover. If your organisation is sufficiently large, we can do this for you at the same prices as our standard publications (particularly for the Team Member Pocket Guide). We’ll handle typesetting and production for you, taking out all the hassle and expense of doing it yourself. An excellent opportunity to provide quality resources tailored for your use, at minimal effort and reasonable cost.

Scope of Customisation

1. Logo and organisation on the cover. Artwork modifications to conform with corporate designs if required. 'Welome message' on back cover, introducing the resource and again including your logo.
2. Up to 12 additional black and white size pages (6 at front and 6 at back) are available to you. You might include organisation specific information such as ethos and particular appointment processes, or state‐based legislative requirements. We will provide a template to complete.

Quantity

When considering what quantity to order, bear in mind that the intention is for the materials to have a 5 year life (approximately). Consider also your staff and volunteer turnover. Ordering a substantial quantity of materials will allow us to match our standard pricing for your version.

Pricing

For each document, pricing is dependent on print volumes. We suggest that the priority is to customise the Team Members Pocket Guide . Some organisations may also want to customise the Team Leaders Guide.

 We require an order of 1000 or more Team Member pocket guides in order to match our standard publication price of $AU7.00. We can provide quotes for smaller orders. An order of 500 or more Team Leader guides is required to match our standard publication price of $AU20.00. Again, quotes can be provided for smaller customised orders.

We are open to provide customised versions of the Coordinators Guide and A ChildSafe Organisations, but would see this as a lower priority, and with generally small print volumes.

Freight charges will be additional, and are not subtantial.
