Your help is needed…

On June 19th, 2020 from 7 pm – 9 pm we are doing something that we have never done before for the children that we will probably never meet but desperately need our help.

We are running a Facebook/Youtube/Linked In Live Fundraising event so we can continue to enable trusted environments for children, so children can have a future, so children can be safer, so children can grow up healthy and happy.

Online Donations >  You can help us reach our goal today!  Help support us.

🎥 Head to ChildSafe Australia Facebook Page

Your donation however much you can afford will help us to:

Build trusted environments for children
Help us to do child safe training
help us to run educational programs for organisations to protect children
Help us to empower parents to keep children safe and so much more.

When you arrive at the live event you will be treated by Levi McGrath.

Levi Mcgrath (Social justice Musician and ChildSafe Champion)

Levi McGrath is an independent Singer/Songwriter from Melbourne, Australia who is committed to music and social justice – and he wants to motivate and inspire a new generation of people to stand up and make a difference.

Levi has played alongside artists like THIRD DAY, NEEDTOBREATHE, Darlene Zschech and Building 429.  He has shared his music alongside World Vision spokesperson Tim Costello, and renown US author/speaker Tony Campolo.  More about Levi

On the night we will have amazing speakers and here’s some of the line up:

Kelly Humphries (Author/Speaker/Survivor

Kel is a highly regarded survival to success strategist and speaker. She works with individuals, organisations, and community groups to break down the impact and stigma of trauma. She has won multiple awards including an International Women’s Day award in 2016 for Courage and Integrity, and in 2017, she was only one of three Police Officers awarded the QBANK Everyday Hero Award, in the category of Excellence. Find out more about Kelly here.

Gavin Badger (NRL Referee and survivor)

Gavin Badger is a survivor of child sexual abuse and his story is one that only last year he decided to publically share. Featured on Fox Sports and NRL Australia Gavin shared boldly in hope of helping more people tell their story of trauma. Find out More about Gavin here.

Corey Phillpott (Ultra Endurance Athlete Strongman)

Corey Phillpott has done some amazing fitness Fetes but none other that he is about to complete by hopefully setting a New World Record for pulling a car 42km in the fastest time. The reason for doing it is because he wants to raise funds for ChildSafe and to raise awareness about child abuse after someone close to him shared their tragic childhood story. You will be inspired by what he shares.

Alexandra Hodge (Survivor and advocate)

After tragically experiencing child abuse for many years and now speaking up and telling her story she now wants to help others to speak up about what happened to them. Alex is one of our ChildSafe Champions advocating for the work of ChildSafe and helping #childsafebreakingthesilence

We will also have a panel of guests too including a child.

We know times are tough however children’s lives are at stake and so we know in this light timing couldn’t be better to make a difference.
