Queensland Child Safety Lead Officer Workshop

Child Safety Lead Officer Workshop
Public Workshop – QLD
Event Overview
ChildSafe Australia’s Child Safety Lead Officer Workshop is a practical, facilitator-led program for Queensland organisations working to strengthen child safety leadership, systems and culture.
The Child Safety Lead Officer plays a key role in helping organisations move from policy to practice. This workshop supports current and emerging child safety leaders to understand their responsibilities, influence others, support implementation of the QLD Child Safe Standards, strengthen reporting pathways and build sustainable child safe practice across their organisation.
This public workshop is designed for participants from a range of sectors, including education, early childhood, sport and recreation, faith-based organisations, camps, disability services, community services, local government, health services and other organisations that work with, support or provide services to children and young people.
Participants will leave with practical tools, implementation ideas and a clearer understanding of how to lead child safety in their own organisational context. If your organisation is in need of some organisation-specific guidance and expert support, we also offer consulting services or an audit/gap analysis.
